The Team At Fuller Family Medicine

Bradley D. Fuller, MD, FACP

I was born right here in Billings, MT. I graduated from Senior High School in 1992 then pursued my engineering and biology degree from Montana State University.

I later went on to medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine. After receiving my M.D. degree in 2000, I was accepted into the University of Washington's Internal Medicine Residency program.

Upon graduating from residency in 2003, I moved back to Billings where I began working at St. Vincent Healthcare. I left there in August 2011 and opened my private clinic at Fuller Family Medicine. I am a board-certified Internist. As an Internist, I practice medicine for adults. Internists specialize in complicated medical conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, and many other illnesses. In addition, we perform specialty exams, such as DOT exams, sports physicals, etc.

I am married to my soulmate, Angela, and have 2 beautiful daughters, 2 wonderful sons, and the sweetest stepson. I am extremely involved with them from homework to coaching baseball and softball to waterskiing on summer days.

Wendy K Ruggles, PA-C

I was born and raised in Sidney, MT. I graduated high school in 1995. I received a bachelors in biology, graduating cum laude, from Dickinson State University in 2002. I graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain College in 2007.

I have been working in Family Medicine and Urgent Care since 2007 as a board certified PA. I have greater than 10 years of experience caring for all ages in primary care.

I have experience and love for all ages and all aspects of primary care. I am experienced in procedures. Some common procedures I do are joint injections, trigger point injections, mole removals and biopsies, toenail removals, laceration repairs, removal of foreign bodies, treatment of abscesses/infections, burns and wound care.

I am married with 2 boys. I enjoy spending time with them in the outdoors camping, hiking and riding four wheelers. I also have a soft spot for my 3 dogs.

Libby McKinney, DNP, FNP-C

'm a Montana native, raised in Helena, and I've lived and worked in Billings since 2012. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 2014 and my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Montana State University in 2024. I've been in healthcare since high school - starting as a certified nurse aide, then working as a registered nurse, and now as a nurse practitioner.

As a certified family nurse practitioner, I provide primary care for patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. I'm passionate about serving underrepresented populations and enjoy caring for women, men, and nonbinary and transgender individuals.

I've also received additional training in menopause care and neurogenic dry needling. I love helping patients explore treatment options for peri- or post-menopausal symptoms, chronic or acute pain, and mobility and other concerns. Health equity and reducing healthcare biases are causes that are very important to me. I'm thrilled to continue my journey at Fuller Family Medicine, providing compassionate care to patients of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my partner, spending time with our four dogs, and caring for my ever-growing collection of plants.
